Fanatics Sportsbook was running a Liberty vs. Wings promotion that promised up to $1,000 matched in FanCash to customers who signed up with promo code NYPOST26. The offer was limited to a defined set of states and Washington, D.C., rather than being available everywhere.
According to the New York Post, the deal covered the first 10 days on the app. Bettors could place up to $100 a day, and if the wager lost, Fanatics would reimburse the stake in FanCash. The paper said the qualifying structure required a cash wager of at least $1 at minimum odds of -200, repeated for 10 consecutive days starting on the day the account was created.
FanCash issued under the promotion expires at 11:59 p.m. ET seven days after it is awarded. The states and places named in the offer were Arizona, Connecticut, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Vermont, West Virginia, Washington, D.C. and Wyoming.
Other coverage described a similar Fanatics welcome-bonus model with different promo codes and slightly different odds language. Fox Sports said new customers in eligible states could claim a 10 x $100 Bet Match in FanCash worth up to $1,000 over the first 10 days with code FOX2026, and that the offer paid out daily across those 10 days. It also said FanCash could be redeemed for bonus bets inside the sportsbook or for sports merchandise on Fanatics.com.
RotoWire described a New York-specific version under the code ROTOWIRE, saying new bettors in the state could earn up to $1,000 back in FanCash across 10 consecutive days. Its description used a $1 qualifying wager at odds of -200 or longer, with a refund of up to $100 in FanCash if the bet lost, and said the offer applied automatically when users clicked a BET NOW link.
The same RotoWire report said Fanatics Sportsbook was fully licensed and operational in New York and that mobile sports betting launched there in January 2022. It added that New York has consistently ranked among the top markets for handle since legalization.
A separate CrossingBroad report described another Fanatics promotion, this one offering 100% insurance on a user’s first losing wager each day for the first 10 days on the app, up to $100 per day, on Fanatics Casino and Fanatics Sportsbook. That offer was available in many states but excluded New York.
