Online poker is not yet regulated in New York. Bills have been introduced repeatedly, and this page tracks their progress and what a launch would look like.

Until then, New York residents can play live poker at licensed card rooms in the state, or play regulated online poker while physically located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan or Nevada.
