JCM Global has completed three digital-signage installations at Resorts World Casino New York City, adding displays around the casino’s main entrance and in Million Dollar Alley.
The work comprises six DSS Architectural column wraps, a ceiling-mounted DSS Video Wall and a display over a bank of slot machines. The installations give the Queens property the ability to change visual content to suit different times and promotions.
The column-wrap installation spans 24 feet by 14.5 feet and uses panels with a 1.8mm pixel pitch. Its six columns can run a unified message, separate content or a combination of both.
Above the entrance area, JCM installed a ceiling display nearly 12 feet wide and 51 feet long, using a 1.9mm pixel pitch. The screen and its controller are intended to let the casino create different atmospheres during the day.
In Million Dollar Alley, the supplier added a video wall measuring more than 21 feet wide and 3.5 feet high above slot machines. The display is intended to create a visual focal point and promote new games and offers.
The project follows two earlier JCM Digital Signage Solutions installations in the property’s hotel lobby and electronic table-games area. JCM has also installed CountR’s TITA Table Game System on each of Resorts World’s 325 new table games.
JCM said the new displays form part of a series of enhancements it is undertaking at the property over the following year.
